Sentenium's in-house mailing processing center handles massive volumes of outgoing and incoming surveys, and so is well equipped to handle your survey mailing needs.

Outgoing Mail

With our operations team and mailing machines to fold, insert, and meter your surveys, Sentenium distributes all kinds and sizes of surveys and gets them to your recipients as quickly as possible. We expedite the process and minimize improper addressing (and the resulting non-deliverable mail) using STracker, our proprietary tracking and distribution software.

Incoming Mail

Respondents can send their completed surveys directly back to our mailing center. Or surveys can be sent to a U.S. P.O. Box for us to retrieve. Whatever you prefer. As surveys are collected, Sentenium's mailing equipment will open, extract, and prepare them for data processing, and STracker tracks each document through every step.
